These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Infinite Gold website and all activities, services, programmes, initiatives and interactions offered by or on behalf of Infinite Gold VZW.
By accessing this website, making a donation, submitting an application, registering for an activity, participating in any project, engaging with the Community Network, downloading content, or otherwise interacting with Infinite Gold VZW, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should refrain from using this website and any services or activities provided by Infinite Gold VZW.

Throughout these Terms, “Infinite Gold”, “Infinite Gold VZW”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to Infinite Gold VZW, unless the context requires otherwise.
Purpose
These Terms establish the legal framework governing the relationship between Infinite Gold VZW and all visitors, users, donors, volunteers, participants, members, applicants, collaborators, partners, sponsors and any other individuals or organisations interacting with Infinite Gold VZW.
These Terms are intended to provide legal clarity, define the respective rights and responsibilities of the parties, establish the contractual framework governing their relationship, and support the transparent, lawful and responsible operation of Infinite Gold VZW.
Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all present and future activities, products, services and initiatives of Infinite Gold VZW, including but not limited to:
the Infinite Gold website;
donations and fundraising activities;
sponsorships and partnerships;
collaborations;
volunteer participation;
memberships;
applications and registrations;
the Community Network;
eco-village projects;
educational programmes and the Infinite Gold Academy;
workshops, seminars, retreats and events;
digital content and downloadable materials;
newsletters and communications;
online platforms and future digital services;
future community participation;
any other activities, initiatives or services operated, organised or provided by Infinite Gold VZW.
These Terms apply unless a separate written agreement or additional terms and conditions expressly provide otherwise with respect to a particular activity, event, service, programme, partnership or collaboration.
Soul Creations, the Soul Creations webshop and any services, products or activities offered under the Soul Creations name are governed by their own separate legal terms and conditions and are expressly excluded from the scope of these Terms.
Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using any part of the website or participating in any activity organised by Infinite Gold VZW, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you are accessing the website or participating in any activity on behalf of an organisation, company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such case, references to “you” in these Terms shall include that legal entity where the context so requires.
Website Use and Acceptable Conduct
Subject to these Terms, Infinite Gold VZW grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable right to access and use this website solely for lawful, personal, informational, educational, community-related or other legitimate purposes consistent with the mission and activities of Infinite Gold VZW.
Access to the website does not grant any ownership rights, licences or other legal interests in the website, its content, services or intellectual property except where expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.
Users agree to use the website responsibly, respectfully and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Users shall not, directly or indirectly:
use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent or deceptive purpose;
interfere with or attempt to interfere with the operation, security or integrity of the website or its supporting systems;
attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, restricted areas, servers, databases or connected systems;

impersonate Infinite Gold VZW or any of its directors, representatives, volunteers, partners or affiliates;
submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through the website;
use the website in any manner that could damage the reputation, legitimate interests, security or operations of Infinite Gold VZW or any third party; or
encourage, facilitate or assist another person in engaging in any prohibited activity.
Users remain solely responsible for their own actions, communications, submissions and conduct while using the website or participating in activities initiated through the website.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right, acting in its reasonable discretion and without prior notice where reasonably justified, to restrict, suspend or terminate access to the website or any part thereof where it reasonably believes that:
these Terms have been violated;
unlawful or fraudulent activity has occurred or is suspected;
the security, integrity or proper operation of the website may be compromised;
such action is necessary to protect Infinite Gold VZW, its directors, volunteers, representatives, partners, participants, users or legitimate interests; or
such action is otherwise required or permitted under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an obligation for Infinite Gold VZW to provide uninterrupted access to the website or to maintain any specific content, feature, service or functionality.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to modify, expand, restrict, suspend or discontinue any part of the website, its content, functionality or services at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, organisational, legal, technical or strategic reasons.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all intellectual property rights relating to the website and its contents are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Infinite Gold VZW.
This includes, but is not limited to:
the Infinite Gold name, branding and visual identity;
logos, graphics, icons and design elements;
website layout, appearance and user interface;
text, articles, publications and written materials;
photographs, illustrations, videos and audio recordings;
educational materials, academy content, courses and training resources;
downloadable documents, guides, templates and digital resources;
project concepts, methodologies and organisational materials;
software, databases and website functionality;
trademarks, service marks, trade names and other distinctive signs, whether registered or unregistered; and
all other intellectual property protected under applicable law.
Nothing contained on this website shall be interpreted as granting any licence, ownership right or permission to use any intellectual property belonging to Infinite Gold VZW except as expressly provided in these Terms or required by applicable law.
Users may access, download and print publicly available content solely for their own personal, non-commercial and lawful use, provided that:
the content is not modified;
all copyright, trademark and proprietary notices remain intact;
the source is clearly identified where appropriate; and
such use does not suggest endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship by Infinite Gold VZW.
Except where expressly authorised in writing, users shall not:
reproduce, publish, distribute or publicly display website content;
copy substantial portions of the website or its materials;
create derivative works based on website content;
commercially exploit, sell, licence or otherwise monetise any content;
remove, alter or conceal copyright, trademark or proprietary notices;
use the Infinite Gold name, logo or branding in a manner that could create confusion regarding affiliation, endorsement or approval;
register domain names, social media accounts, business names or other identifiers that are identical or confusingly similar to the intellectual property of Infinite Gold VZW; or
use any intellectual property in a manner that infringes the rights or legitimate interests of Infinite Gold VZW.
Users retain ownership of intellectual property relating to content they lawfully submit to Infinite Gold VZW unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms obliges Infinite Gold VZW to use, publish, retain or return any user-submitted content unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
By voluntarily submitting content, including but not limited to testimonials, comments, photographs, videos, articles, project proposals, competition entries or other materials, users grant Infinite Gold VZW a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate, adapt, distribute and display such content for purposes reasonably connected with its mission, educational activities, community initiatives, promotional activities, fundraising efforts and organisational operations, unless otherwise agreed in writing or prohibited by applicable law.
Users represent and warrant that they possess the necessary rights, permissions and authority to submit any content provided to Infinite Gold VZW and that such submission does not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right, without any obligation to do so, to refuse, edit, remove or decline to publish any user-submitted content that it reasonably considers unlawful, misleading, offensive, inappropriate, infringing, harmful to the organisation or otherwise inconsistent with its mission, values or these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights from Infinite Gold VZW to any user, participant, donor, volunteer, sponsor, partner, member or third party.
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Infinite Gold VZW.
Donations, Sponsorships and Financial Contributions
Infinite Gold VZW welcomes voluntary financial and non-financial contributions that support its mission, objectives and activities.
Contributions may include, but are not limited to, donations, sponsorships, grants, gifts, fundraising contributions, material donations, in-kind support and other forms of lawful assistance.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Infinite Gold VZW, all donations and contributions are made voluntarily and without any expectation of ownership, financial return, profit, equity, investment rights, voting rights, governance rights or other proprietary interest in Infinite Gold VZW, its assets, projects or activities.
A donation or contribution does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment relationship, agency relationship or any other legal relationship beyond that expressly provided by applicable law or a separate written agreement.
Infinite Gold VZW shall determine, acting in its reasonable discretion and in accordance with its mission, statutes and legal obligations, how donations and contributions are allocated and used. While the organisation will make reasonable efforts to apply funds in accordance with any designated purpose communicated and accepted by Infinite Gold VZW, it reserves the right to reallocate contributions where reasonably necessary, in a manner consistent with its charitable purposes, its statutes, applicable legal obligations, operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances.
Except where required by mandatory applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, donations and voluntary contributions are non-refundable.
Donors acknowledge that a contribution to Infinite Gold VZW constitutes support for the organisation’s overall charitable mission and objectives. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, any designation or expression of preference regarding the use of donated funds shall not create a legally binding obligation upon Infinite Gold VZW to use such funds exclusively for a particular project, initiative or activity.
Nothing published on the website, in promotional materials, presentations, fundraising campaigns, project descriptions, roadmaps or other communications shall constitute a legally binding commitment that a particular project, initiative, eco-village, event, educational programme or activity will be completed within a specific timeframe or exactly as originally described.
Project plans, timelines, budgets, objectives, locations, partnerships and implementation strategies may evolve in response to financial, operational, legal, environmental, organisational or other circumstances.
Infinite Gold VZW does not guarantee the success, completion, availability, continuity or specific outcome of any project, initiative, event, programme or activity.
Sponsors, donors and contributors acknowledge that they support the broader mission and objectives of Infinite Gold VZW and accept that organisational priorities may reasonably change over time.
Where sponsorships, grants or major financial contributions are governed by a separate written agreement, the provisions of that agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to decline, refuse, return or discontinue any donation, sponsorship or contribution where acceptance would be unlawful, inconsistent with its mission, create an actual or potential conflict of interest, expose the organisation, its directors, officers, representatives or volunteers to unacceptable legal, financial or reputational risk, or otherwise not be in its legitimate interests.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Gold VZW shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or financial loss arising from a person’s decision to make a voluntary donation or contribution in support of the organisation’s mission.
Registrations, Memberships and Participation
Infinite Gold VZW may offer registrations, memberships, volunteer opportunities, educational programmes, community initiatives, events, eco-village participation, online services and other activities in furtherance of its mission.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, submitting an application, registration form, membership request, volunteer request, expression of interest or participation request does not constitute acceptance and does not create any contractual right to participate in a programme, project, event, membership or activity.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right, acting in its reasonable discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to accept, refuse, postpone, suspend, cancel or revoke any application, registration, membership or participation request where it reasonably considers such action to be in the best interests of the organisation, its mission, its participants or its lawful operations.
Where participation is accepted, participants agree to:
provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information;
comply with these Terms and any additional rules applicable to the specific activity;
act honestly, respectfully and responsibly towards other participants, volunteers, organisers, partners and members of the public;
comply with all reasonable health, safety, environmental and operational instructions;
respect the property, facilities, equipment and resources made available during activities;
refrain from behaviour that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, violent, fraudulent, disruptive or otherwise incompatible with the mission or objectives of Infinite Gold VZW; and
comply with all applicable laws and regulations throughout their participation.
Infinite Gold VZW may establish additional participation rules, codes of conduct, safety requirements, community agreements, volunteer guidelines or programme-specific conditions for particular activities. Such additional requirements shall form part of these Terms to the extent they apply to the relevant activity.
Participants remain solely responsible for their own decisions, conduct, actions and omissions during their participation, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they possess all licences, permits, visas, travel documentation or other legal authorisations required for their participation where applicable.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation, without refund where permitted by applicable law, if a participant:
materially breaches these Terms or any applicable programme rules;
provides false or misleading information;
engages in unlawful, unsafe or disruptive behaviour;
places the safety, wellbeing or legitimate interests of others at unreasonable risk; or
otherwise acts in a manner reasonably considered incompatible with the mission, objectives or proper operation of Infinite Gold VZW.
Unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, acceptance into one activity, programme or membership does not create any right to participate in future activities or to retain continuing membership.
Participants acknowledge that programmes, memberships, volunteer opportunities, community initiatives and other activities may be modified, postponed, relocated, merged, expanded, reduced or discontinued where reasonably necessary due to organisational, financial, operational, environmental, legal, safety or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Infinite Gold VZW.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as guaranteeing admission to any eco-village, residential community, educational programme, leadership position, volunteer role, employment opportunity or future initiative operated by Infinite Gold VZW.
Where fees apply to a particular programme, membership or activity, additional financial terms, cancellation conditions, refund policies or participation requirements may apply and shall be communicated before a binding agreement is concluded.
Events, Workshops, Retreats and Educational Activities
Infinite Gold VZW may organise, host, facilitate or support educational programmes, workshops, seminars, conferences, webinars, retreats, community gatherings, academy courses, training programmes, cultural activities, site visits, eco-village activities and other events in furtherance of its mission.
Participation in any activity is subject to these Terms together with any additional event-specific terms, participation agreements or conditions communicated before or at the time of registration.
Where registration is required, participation shall only be considered confirmed once the registration process has been completed and, where applicable, any required payment has been successfully received and formally accepted by Infinite Gold VZW.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to establish eligibility requirements, participation limits, waiting lists, attendance requirements and any other reasonable conditions for participation in its activities.
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they satisfy any published eligibility requirements before registering.
Participants agree to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible and lawful manner at all times and to comply with all reasonable instructions issued by organisers, staff, volunteers, facilitators or authorised representatives of Infinite Gold VZW.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to refuse admission to, suspend, remove from or terminate participation in any activity where a participant:
breaches these Terms or any applicable event-specific conditions;
behaves in a manner that is unlawful, unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or disruptive;
compromises or is reasonably likely to compromise the safety, wellbeing or enjoyment of other participants;
causes damage to property, facilities or equipment;
refuses to comply with reasonable organisational or safety instructions; or
otherwise acts in a manner reasonably considered incompatible with the mission, objectives or proper operation of Infinite Gold VZW.
Where permitted by applicable law, the refusal, suspension or termination of participation for the reasons described above shall not create any entitlement to compensation, reimbursement or refund.
Participants acknowledge that certain activities may include physical, outdoor, educational, environmental, cultural, community-based or experiential elements that involve inherent risks which cannot be entirely eliminated.
Each participant remains solely responsible for determining whether they are physically, mentally and emotionally capable of participating in a particular activity and should obtain any appropriate independent medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice before participating where relevant to their individual circumstances.
Participants are responsible for informing Infinite Gold VZW, where reasonably necessary, of any accessibility requirements or other circumstances requiring reasonable accommodation.
While Infinite Gold VZW will make reasonable efforts to organise activities in a safe, professional and responsible manner, participation always remains voluntary and at the participant’s own risk to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, without prejudice to any duty of care or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to modify programmes, schedules, speakers, facilitators, instructors, venues, accommodation, activities, educational content, dates or any other aspect of an activity where reasonably necessary due to operational, organisational, financial, legal, environmental, safety or other legitimate circumstances.
Infinite Gold VZW further reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, relocate, suspend or cancel any activity where reasonably necessary, including but not limited to circumstances involving insufficient registrations, facilitator unavailability, venue limitations, health or safety concerns, severe weather, governmental measures, travel restrictions, force majeure or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Where an activity is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, suspended or cancelled, Infinite Gold VZW shall determine, acting in its reasonable discretion and subject to applicable law, the appropriate course of action.
Unless expressly provided in separate event-specific terms, a written agreement or mandatory applicable law, participants shall have no automatic right to a refund, compensation, credit, replacement activity or reimbursement of any costs or expenses arising from such postponement, rescheduling, relocation, suspension or cancellation.
Any refund, credit, transfer, rescheduling or other accommodation offered by Infinite Gold VZW in relation to a specific activity shall be governed exclusively by the event-specific terms or other written agreement applicable to that activity.
Infinite Gold VZW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses or expenses incurred by participants in connection with an activity, including but not limited to travel costs, accommodation expenses, visa costs, insurance costs, loss of income or other personal expenses, unless liability cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all educational materials, presentations, recordings, documents and other resources provided during or in connection with an activity remain the intellectual property of Infinite Gold VZW or the respective rights holder and may not be copied, reproduced, recorded, distributed, published or commercially exploited without the prior written permission of Infinite Gold VZW or the relevant intellectual property rights holder, as applicable.
Community Network, Volunteers and Eco-Village Participation
Infinite Gold VZW may establish, support or facilitate community networks, volunteer programmes, eco-village initiatives, residential communities, collaborative projects, sustainability initiatives and other community-based activities in furtherance of its mission.
Participation in any community activity, volunteer programme, eco-village initiative or residential project is entirely voluntary unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Submission of an application, expression of interest, volunteer request, community profile or participation request does not create any contractual right to membership, residency, volunteer status, project participation or acceptance into any programme or initiative.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right, acting in its reasonable discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to determine the admission, selection, continuation, suspension or termination of participation in any community initiative, volunteer programme, residential project or eco-village.
Decisions relating to participation may be based upon organisational requirements, community wellbeing, safety considerations, compatibility with the mission and values of Infinite Gold VZW, available capacity, project needs, legal requirements or any other legitimate consideration deemed relevant by the organisation.
Infinite Gold VZW shall not be required to provide reasons for accepting or declining an application except where disclosure is required by mandatory applicable law or a final decision of a competent authority.
Participation in a community, volunteer programme or eco-village does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, tenancy, ownership interest or any other legal status unless expressly established by a separate written agreement.
Volunteers acknowledge that their participation is voluntary and unpaid unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as guaranteeing future volunteer opportunities, continued participation, leadership positions, residency, employment, ownership rights or any other ongoing entitlement within Infinite Gold VZW or its projects.
Participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, safe and constructive environment and to act in a manner consistent with the mission, objectives and community values of Infinite Gold VZW.
Infinite Gold VZW may establish additional community guidelines, volunteer policies, codes of conduct, residency agreements, project rules or operational procedures applicable to specific programmes or communities. Such documents shall complement these Terms, shall apply only to the relevant activity or programme to which they relate, and shall become binding upon communication to the affected participants.
Participants remain solely responsible for their own conduct, decisions, possessions, financial commitments and personal obligations during their involvement with Infinite Gold VZW.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation where a participant:
materially breaches these Terms or any applicable community rules;
engages in unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent or disruptive behaviour;
compromises the safety, wellbeing or legitimate interests of other participants or the organisation;
intentionally damages property or organisational resources; or
otherwise acts in a manner reasonably considered incompatible with the mission, objectives or proper functioning of Infinite Gold VZW.
Where participation is suspended or terminated for the reasons described above, no automatic right to compensation, reimbursement or continued participation shall arise unless required by mandatory applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Community projects, eco-village developments, sustainability initiatives and related programmes are long-term undertakings that may evolve over time.
Accordingly, Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, expand, reduce, merge, divide or discontinue any community initiative, eco-village project, volunteer programme or organisational activity where reasonably necessary due to financial, organisational, environmental, legal, technical, operational or other legitimate circumstances.
Participation in any current or future community initiative does not create any expectation or guarantee regarding future development, project completion, residency opportunities, ownership rights, investment opportunities, governance rights or any other future benefit unless expressly granted in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of Infinite Gold VZW.
Paid Services, Membership Fees and Future Online Services
Infinite Gold VZW may, now or in the future, offer paid services, memberships, educational programmes, academy courses, workshops, retreats, events, digital content, online platforms, subscriptions, publications, registrations and other products or services in support of its mission.
The availability, scope, pricing, eligibility requirements and specific conditions applicable to any paid offering shall be determined by Infinite Gold VZW, acting in its reasonable discretion, and may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time, subject to applicable law and any binding written agreement.
No person shall acquire any right to purchase, renew or continue using a paid service solely because such service has previously been offered.
Where fees are applicable, participants agree to pay all applicable charges in accordance with the payment terms communicated at the time of purchase or registration.
A registration, booking or purchase shall not be considered accepted until confirmed by Infinite Gold VZW.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to refuse, reject or cancel any order, booking, registration or purchase where it reasonably considers such action necessary for operational, legal, security, organisational or other legitimate reasons.
Prices displayed on the website or in promotional materials may be corrected at any time in the event of obvious typographical, administrative, pricing or technical errors.
Infinite Gold VZW shall not be bound by manifest pricing errors that would reasonably be recognised as incorrect.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of any taxes, duties, governmental charges or similar fees that may become applicable under the laws of the participant’s jurisdiction.
Access to digital services, educational platforms, downloadable materials, memberships or online content may be limited to authorised users and may be subject to technical, operational or licensing requirements.
Users shall not share accounts, resell access, distribute login credentials or otherwise permit unauthorised third parties to access paid services unless expressly authorised in writing by Infinite Gold VZW.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to paid services where payment obligations are not fulfilled, these Terms are violated, unlawful activity is suspected or continued access would reasonably prejudice the organisation or its users.
Unless expressly provided in separate service-specific terms, a written agreement or mandatory applicable law, all validly received payments made to Infinite Gold VZW are final and non-refundable.
Any refund, cancellation, transfer, rescheduling, subscription termination or other financial accommodation shall be governed exclusively by the specific terms applicable to the relevant product, service, event, programme or membership.
Infinite Gold VZW makes reasonable efforts to ensure that paid services are delivered substantially as described. However, the organisation reserves the right to modify, improve, replace, update or discontinue services, educational materials, digital platforms, instructors, content, features or delivery methods where reasonably necessary to support operational, educational, legal, technical or organisational requirements, technological developments or improvements to the quality, security or functionality of the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Gold VZW shall not be liable for interruptions, delays, temporary unavailability, technical failures, software incompatibilities, internet disruptions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control that affect access to online services or digital content.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as guaranteeing uninterrupted availability, perpetual access or lifetime access to any paid or free service unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
Media, Photography and Recordings
Infinite Gold VZW may photograph, film, livestream, record or otherwise capture images, audio or video during its events, workshops, retreats, educational programmes, community activities, eco-village initiatives, volunteer activities and other activities organised or supported by the organisation.
Such recordings may be created for legitimate purposes including, but not limited to:

By participating in public or group activities organised by Infinite Gold VZW, participants acknowledge that photographs, audio recordings or video recordings may be created in which they may appear incidentally or as part of the activity.
Where mandatory applicable law requires explicit consent for the creation or use of particular recordings or identifiable images, Infinite Gold VZW shall obtain such consent before processing or using the relevant material.
Participants who do not wish to appear in photographs or recordings are encouraged to notify Infinite Gold VZW before the relevant activity. While the organisation will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests where reasonably practicable and technically feasible, it cannot guarantee that participants will never appear incidentally in photographs, video recordings or other media captured during public or group activities.
Participants shall not record, photograph, livestream or otherwise capture other participants, organisers, volunteers or activities for commercial purposes or in any manner that infringes the rights, privacy, safety, dignity or legitimate interests of others without the necessary permissions, legal authority or the prior authorisation of Infinite Gold VZW where required.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to prohibit, restrict or require the deletion of unauthorised recordings where reasonably necessary to protect participants, confidential information, intellectual property, safety, security or the legitimate interests of the organisation.
All photographs, recordings, livestreams and other media created by or on behalf of Infinite Gold VZW shall remain the exclusive property of Infinite Gold VZW or the respective intellectual property rights holder, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Nothing contained in this section shall be interpreted as modifying or replacing the rights of individuals under applicable data protection laws.
The collection, processing, storage and protection of personal data relating to photographs, audio recordings, video recordings or other media are governed separately by the Infinite Gold Privacy Policy, which should be read together with these Terms.

Participants voluntarily assume responsibility for their own decisions, actions, conduct and participation in all activities organised, facilitated or supported by Infinite Gold VZW.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants are solely responsible for:
their own health, physical condition and personal wellbeing;
obtaining appropriate medical, travel or other professional advice where necessary;
arranging any insurance they consider appropriate, including travel, medical, personal liability or cancellation insurance;
safeguarding their personal belongings and valuables; and
complying with all applicable laws, regulations and safety requirements.
Infinite Gold VZW shall not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal property unless such loss results directly from intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Infinite Gold VZW where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms shall make Infinite Gold VZW responsible for agreements, representations, promises, products or services provided independently by third parties, including speakers, facilitators, accommodation providers, transport providers, payment providers, suppliers, contractors, partners or other external organisations.
Where third-party providers are involved in an activity, participants acknowledge that contractual relationships relating to those services may exist directly between the participant and the relevant third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Infinite Gold VZW shall not be liable for delays, failures or losses resulting from the acts, omissions or insolvency of such third parties.
Any decision made by a participant based upon information, educational materials, presentations, discussions or communications provided by Infinite Gold VZW remains solely the responsibility of that participant.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as guaranteeing any particular outcome, result or benefit arising from participation in the activities of Infinite Gold VZW.
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the aggregate liability of Infinite Gold VZW for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website or any activity shall, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the total amount actually paid by the claimant directly to Infinite Gold VZW in connection with the specific activity giving rise to the claim.
If no payment was made to Infinite Gold VZW in relation to the relevant activity or claim, any liability shall be limited to the minimum amount permitted under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, gross negligence where exclusion is prohibited, death or personal injury resulting from negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory applicable law.
Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, users, participants, members, volunteers, donors, sponsors, partners and any other persons interacting with Infinite Gold VZW agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite Gold VZW, together with its directors, officers, founders, employees, volunteers, representatives, contractors, advisors and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, penalties, fines, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and professional costs, arising out of or relating to:
any breach of these Terms;
any violation of applicable laws or regulations;
any negligent, unlawful, fraudulent, wilfully wrongful or abusive act or omission by the participant;
any infringement of the intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights of a third party;
any content, materials or information submitted or provided by the participant;
any misuse of the website, services, community platforms or activities operated by Infinite Gold VZW; or
any act or omission that causes loss, damage or legal liability to Infinite Gold VZW or to any third party in connection with the participant’s involvement.
Where multiple persons participate jointly in an activity, each participant shall remain individually responsible for their own conduct and obligations unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Participants shall cooperate fully and in good faith with Infinite Gold VZW in the defence, investigation or resolution of any claim or legal matter arising from their conduct where such cooperation is reasonably requested and does not require the participant to waive any non-waivable legal rights.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive control of the defence and settlement of any matter that would otherwise be subject to indemnification under these Terms.
Nothing in this section shall require Infinite Gold VZW to accept any settlement, admission of liability or other legal arrangement that could adversely affect its rights, reputation or legitimate interests without its prior written consent.
The indemnification obligations contained in these Terms shall survive the termination of a participant’s use of the website, membership, registration, participation in any activity or any other relationship with Infinite Gold VZW to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in this section shall impose liability upon a participant for losses directly resulting from the intentional misconduct or gross negligence of Infinite Gold VZW where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Force Majeure
Infinite Gold VZW shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, suspension, modification, partial performance, non-performance or failure to fulfil any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure results, directly or indirectly, from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Force majeure events may include, but are not limited to:
natural disasters, floods, storms, earthquakes, wildfires or other severe weather conditions;
epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies or disease outbreaks;
war, armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, riots or acts of violence;
governmental actions, legislation, regulations, sanctions, embargoes or restrictions;
labour disputes, strikes or industrial actions;
interruptions to utilities, communications networks, internet services or transportation systems;
failures of technology, software, hosting providers, cloud services or other essential infrastructure;
accidents, fires, explosions or structural failures;
the unavailability, illness, incapacity or death of key personnel, facilitators, instructors, volunteers or essential service providers;
failures or delays caused by third-party suppliers, contractors or service providers;
shortages of materials, equipment or essential resources; or
any other event or circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Infinite Gold VZW that materially affects its ability to perform its obligations.
Where a force majeure event occurs, Infinite Gold VZW may, acting in its reasonable discretion and to the extent reasonably necessary:
postpone, reschedule, relocate, suspend or cancel any activity, programme, event, service or project;
modify the manner in which a service or activity is delivered;
extend reasonable time periods for performance; or
take any other reasonable measures necessary to respond to the circumstances.
Unless expressly provided otherwise in separate event-specific terms, a written agreement or mandatory applicable law, no participant, member, donor, sponsor, partner or other person shall be entitled to compensation, damages, reimbursement, refund or any other remedy solely as a result of a force majeure event.
Infinite Gold VZW shall make reasonable efforts, where practicable, to inform affected persons of material force majeure events and any resulting changes to activities or services. However, the organisation shall not be liable for any delay or inability to provide such notice where circumstances make this impracticable.
Performance of the affected obligations shall be suspended only for the duration of the force majeure event and shall resume as soon as reasonably practicable, unless the activity, programme or service has been lawfully discontinued or cancelled.
Nothing in this section shall prevent Infinite Gold VZW from exercising any other rights or remedies available under these Terms or under applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right, acting in its reasonable discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website, services, memberships, registrations, programmes, community initiatives, events, volunteer activities, online platforms or any other activities governed by these Terms where it reasonably considers such action to be necessary.
Suspension or termination may occur immediately, with or without prior notice where reasonably justified, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
a breach of these Terms or any applicable programme-specific conditions;
the provision of false, misleading or fraudulent information;
unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or inappropriate conduct;
misuse of the website, online platforms or organisational resources;
failure to comply with reasonable instructions issued by authorised representatives of Infinite Gold VZW;
conduct that endangers the safety, wellbeing, reputation or legitimate interests of Infinite Gold VZW or any participant, volunteer, partner or third party;
failure to fulfil applicable payment obligations where relevant;
suspected fraud, criminal activity or other unlawful conduct;
circumstances where continued participation or access is no longer considered appropriate for operational, legal, organisational or safety reasons; or
any other circumstance where suspension or termination is reasonably necessary to protect the organisation or to comply with applicable law.
Suspension or termination under this section shall not affect any rights, obligations or liabilities that have accrued prior to the date of suspension or termination.
Unless expressly provided otherwise in a separate written agreement or required by mandatory applicable law, suspension or termination shall not create any entitlement to compensation, reimbursement, refund, damages or any other financial remedy.
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to disable, remove or restrict access to user accounts, registrations, digital services or online platforms where such action is reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect organisational interests or maintain the security and integrity of its operations.
Termination of participation in one programme, activity, membership or service shall not automatically terminate or affect any separate agreement, registration or legal relationship unless expressly stated in writing by Infinite Gold VZW or required by mandatory applicable law.
The provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, dispute resolution and any accrued rights or obligations, shall remain in full force and effect following the termination of any relationship governed by these Terms.
Nothing contained in this section shall limit any other legal or contractual rights or remedies available to Infinite Gold VZW under these Terms or under applicable law.
Amendments to these Terms
Infinite Gold VZW reserves the right to amend, modify, update, replace or supplement these Terms at any time where reasonably necessary to reflect changes in applicable laws, organisational structure, operational practices, services, projects, technologies, business requirements or other legitimate organisational interests.
The most current version of these Terms shall be published on the Infinite Gold website and shall supersede all previous versions from the date indicated as the effective date, unless otherwise expressly stated.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
Where required by mandatory applicable law, Infinite Gold VZW shall provide appropriate notice of material changes before such changes become effective.
Continued access to or use of the website, participation in activities, registration for programmes, membership, donations, purchases or any other interaction with Infinite Gold VZW following the effective date of revised Terms shall, where permitted by applicable law, constitute acceptance of the updated Terms, unless mandatory applicable law requires a different form of acceptance.
If a user does not agree with any amendment to these Terms, they must immediately discontinue their use of the website and, where applicable, cease participation in any future activities or services governed by the amended Terms.
Amendments to these Terms shall not retroactively affect rights or obligations that have already arisen under previous versions, unless such retroactive application is expressly required by mandatory applicable law or has been expressly agreed in writing by the parties concerned.
Nothing in this section prevents Infinite Gold VZW from issuing additional terms, participation agreements, booking conditions, membership agreements, partnership agreements or other contractual documents applicable to specific activities, services, projects or relationships. Such documents shall supplement these Terms and, in the event of any inconsistency, shall prevail only with respect to the specific subject matter expressly governed by those documents.
No oral statement, informal communication, course of dealing or previous practice shall modify or override these Terms unless expressly confirmed in writing by an authorised representative of Infinite Gold VZW.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms, together with any dispute, claim, controversy or legal matter arising out of or relating to the website, the activities of Infinite Gold VZW or any relationship governed by these Terms, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Belgium.
Where mandatory provisions of the laws of another jurisdiction apply and cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such mandatory provisions shall prevail only to the extent required by applicable law.
Infinite Gold VZW and the user shall first make reasonable efforts to resolve any disagreement, dispute or claim amicably through good-faith discussions before initiating formal legal proceedings.
If an amicable resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, taking into account the nature and complexity of the dispute, any dispute falling within the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of the judicial district having jurisdiction over the registered office of Infinite Gold VZW, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms shall prevent Infinite Gold VZW from seeking interim, protective or injunctive relief before any competent court where such action is reasonably necessary to protect its rights, intellectual property, confidential information, assets or other legitimate interests.
Where any dispute involves a specific agreement, partnership contract, sponsorship agreement, service agreement or other written contract entered into separately with Infinite Gold VZW, the dispute resolution provisions contained within that specific agreement shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.
Miscellaneous Legal Provisions
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Infinite Gold VZW and the user with respect to the subject matter governed herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous discussions, negotiations, communications, representations, understandings or agreements relating to the same subject matter, except where expressly incorporated into these Terms or replaced by a separate written agreement.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as creating any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship or other legal relationship between Infinite Gold VZW and any user, participant, donor, volunteer, sponsor, partner or other person unless expressly established by a separate written agreement.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall, to the extent possible, be interpreted or modified so as to reflect its original intent while remaining enforceable under applicable law.
The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
No failure, delay or partial exercise by Infinite Gold VZW of any right, power or remedy arising under these Terms shall constitute a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise preclude any further exercise of that or any other right, power or remedy.
Users shall not assign, transfer, delegate or otherwise dispose of any rights or obligations arising under these Terms without the prior written consent of Infinite Gold VZW.
Infinite Gold VZW may assign, transfer, delegate or otherwise dispose of its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, restructuring, legal succession, transfer of activities or any other lawful organisational change, provided that such assignment shall not adversely affect any mandatory legal protections afforded to users under applicable law.
Where Infinite Gold VZW enters into a separate written agreement with a participant, donor, sponsor, volunteer, partner, supplier, service provider or any other party, the provisions of that agreement shall prevail over these Terms solely to the extent of any inconsistency and only in relation to the specific subject matter governed by that agreement.
Section headings are included solely for convenience and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
These Terms shall not be interpreted against Infinite Gold VZW solely on the basis that it prepared or drafted these Terms, except to the extent that mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
Any provision which, by its nature or express wording, is intended to survive the suspension, termination or expiration of these Terms, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality where applicable, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, payment obligations and accrued rights or obligations, shall survive and remain enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as limiting or excluding any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under mandatory applicable law.
No person or entity who is not a party to these Terms shall acquire any rights or remedies under these Terms solely by virtue of their existence, except where such rights arise under mandatory applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law, notices, confirmations and other communications provided electronically by Infinite Gold VZW shall satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be made in writing.
These Terms shall be interpreted in good faith and in a manner that gives full effect to the lawful intentions of the parties while preserving the validity and enforceability of each provision to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
